Endacopia Endings Guide — All 3 Endings (A, B, C)

Endacopia all endings guide

Endacopia has three endings — A, B and C — and the Steam achievements Escape, Return and Stay map to them. Endings A and B happen naturally through different story choices, while Ending C is the true-ending route with a hidden unlock chain: a toilet password, three area bosses left alive, and all 18 fish.

Ending A — Escape

Ending A is the natural exit route: guide Mellow out of the house the way the story first offers it. Fight or avoid the Prologue's Clockey encounter — Ending A does not care either way.

It is the shortest ending and locks in the 'leave it all behind' tone. If you just want to see the credits and move on, this is the route you'll hit first.

Ending B — Return

Ending B branches from the same structure but with different choices in the later chapters — the route where Mellow turns back toward what the house has been hiding.

Keep saves before Chapter III if you plan to see every ending; several choices in the final chapters are mutually exclusive between Ending B and the C route.

Ending C — Stay (True Ending Route)

Ending C starts in the Prologue: beat it normally (fighting Clockey is optional), then use the plunger to reach the toilet and type Cheshire. The game confirms the route with a distinct sequence.

Chapter 1 then requires you to push all three area storylines right up to their boss without finishing them: unblock the path to The Trapezist in Misery Town, unlock the door to The AI in The Offices, and unlock the door to The Chameleon in Timesville.

Timesville has one extra gate: catch all 18 fish. Every hourly cycle holds 3 exclusive fish, so advance the in-game clock repeatedly until your collection is complete. Only then does the route continue.

Complete the Chapter III sequence that follows and you unlock the epilogue content that the community considers the true ending of the game.

The Secret for Unlocking All Endings

The community wiki documents one extra condition for players chasing 100%: the endings route you start in the Prologue persists for that save file, so plan which ending you attempt before you leave the house the first time.

Keep at least three save slots — one before the Prologue's ending choice, one before Chapter III and one sandbox slot for fish hunting.

Ending C in one line: finish the Prologue, type Cheshire into the toilet, then clear every area boss with all 18 fish caught before Chapter III.

FAQ

How do you unlock Ending C in Endacopia?

Beat the Prologue normally (fighting Clockey is optional), use the plunger to reach the toilet and type the code Cheshire. That starts the Ending C sequence across the Prologue and Chapter 1.

What is the code in Endacopia?

The most important password is Cheshire, typed at the toilet during the Prologue to trigger Ending C. Other codes are puzzle-specific and always hinted in nearby dialogue or posters.

Why do I need all 18 fish?

Ending C's Chapter 1 requires clearing every area up to its boss — and in Timesville the 18-fish collection (3 exclusive fish per hourly cycle) is part of that area's completion before facing The Chameleon.

Do I have to complete Ending A and B to get Ending C?

No. Ending C is a route you start during the Prologue of a save file; you do not need to see the other endings first, though doing Ending A/B on the same save may lock the route.

Which ending is the true ending?

The community treats Ending C as the true ending — it is the longest, reveals the most about Mellow's family and the house, and contains the epilogue content.
